I specifically only come to this Quest location and it's to see Juliette. All other staff have been great to me as well but Juliette is amazing. I do not like getting blood drawn at all and she has made the experience so much better for me each time I've seen her. She talks me through it each time and makes sure I'm ok through the whole process. In fact, I just got many vials taken the other day and between my anxiety and the amount of blood taken I began to pass out. Juliette was so quick to get me everything I needed and made sure she stayed with me until I felt better. Added bonus that I've never once felt her stick the needle in, because she's just that darn good. 10/10
In my experience the facility was clean, cool and welcoming. The sign in process on the kiosk was easy. Although there was no attendant at the front, the staff was very kind and accommodating. I was apprehensive due to the negative review but I had an extremely kind and positive experience. It may help to make your appointment ahead of time.
Guy who sits in the front area is rude. He barely let's you talk and sends you straight to tablet for sign in no space for a question or any comment. Not returning to this Quest wait time is real long.
I went last Tuesday , the 27th, to get some blood work done. The service at the front desk was moderate; however, the service where they take the blood samples was disrespectful and rude. One of the ladies took advantage of the fact that my primary language is not English and made fun of me. She didn't have the courtesy to explain a few things that I did not understand. This incident ruined my day and I hope this is taken care of for future customers.
Good blood draw.. but VERY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY MILLENNIAL STAFF!!! Except for one very lovely non-millennial aisian lady, she was very polite and caring. No soap in bathrooms..
EXCELLENT STAFF!! Best blood work ever, I didn’t feel a thing. The girls are so polite ,friendly and professional I wish I could get my blood done there every week!
Front desk lady is extremely rude and unfriendly, She even raises her voice almost yelling at the elder if they can’t hear what she says. Talks in a way that makes patients feel stupid when asking questions.
This place is ridiculous they only have an automated system you can’t get no one on the phone. Terrible business I’m telling my insurance and asking for a better lab.
Extremely professional and clean. Very nice and polite staff. To think I used Labcorp for so many years, yuck.
Waited an hour and a half just to be told they cant do the test. There is a reason why you should have a front desk employee.
