I made an appointment for my daughter who is 4 years old to get allergy tested. I arrive to my appointment, and once I get called the nurse informs they don’t have needles for kids! I don’t understand why don’t they have representatives you can talk to instead of just setting up appointment through automated system. Never again wasted time!!
Had been getting the run around by Quest persons. Stopped into this one and was helped by Rosie! What a welcomed relief. She had come out of the back and helped several people in the waiting room including me! She was pleasant and efficient! Thank you Rosie! QUEST should hire people like Rosie and fire the other lazy uncaring employees! QUEST'S online service is BAD and useless! Take a good look at how convoluted and inefficient it is. Think you'll be going out of business if you continue to operate in this manner!
I had to get some routine lab work done, and after a horrible experience with Labcorp, I found this location on Google and decided to make an appointment. I arrived and didn’t have to wait long before I was seen. My phlebotomist, Robert, was very professional and friendly. I am usually pretty nervous when getting my blood drawn, but he did a wonderful job! My overall experience here was great, I would highly recommend this location to others!
I took my 10 year old daughter there yesterday to have blood drawn. She was really nervous and scared. Carlos was AMAZING. He was kind and patient. He talked to her and helped calm her down. I was really impressed with his professionalism and efficiency. I would recommend anyone going to this location for a blood draw. Thank you!

I am 73 and hadn't had blood drawn in about 13 years, so I was really nervous. Michelle was just amazing! I didn't feel the needle and she drew 6 tubes of blood with very little effort. I am so glad that I picked a day that she was working. She was friendly and very efficient. I will definitely be checking to see if she is on duty, in the event that I have to go back. Definitely a good experience.
This quest location is a real gem. The waiting area is pleasant with a relaxed feel to it. I was behind 4 others when I arrived just after 8 am this morning, but my wait was only about 7 minutes. When I was brought for my blood work the phlebotomist was was very professional, efficient and quite personable. To top it all off, I didn’t feel the needle prick. This was the best Quest Diagnostics experience I’ve every had.
Michelle and her team are outstanding. Very professional, timely and patient oriented. I have been getting blood draws for the past six months and it’s an excellent medical facility with a wonderful and talented staff.
Linda was the phlebotomist who assisted me, she was super friendly and quick!! I was able to get in and out and less than 10 minutes.
Took my mom for blood work , they pokt her 3 times and bruised her so big . Never going again or recommending anybody to there
