The terrible customer serviceI bought a milk on Monday and opened it on Wednesday morning, the tastes gets sour. I brought it customer to let them know stop selling these milk. They never mind it and continue selling the sour milk and said the item cannot refund since over 24 hours. I never care about the money. I just let them stop selling the problem milk. They definitely not care about it and get me out.

Watch out for these cashiers who are charging or adding prices to things you didn't buy. The store as a whole is great with varieties of goods. However, they are some very dishonest cashiers who don't care about the value of La Bella who are added extra charges for their own gains. Make sure to check your receipts and use your phone to add your items.

Baby strollers will not fit through the checkout lanes period! It is a constant nightmare bringing my child in the stroller here because of this inconvenience. I like their food selection and seafood selection. It is very impressive and I will continue to shop here Because they have very competitive prices. However, because I am unable to bring my child’s stroller through any of the checkout lines, It is a terrible inconvenience.

Be sure to check the date of the products before you pay!!! When I shopped for groceries last week, I didn’t notice two of the products I bought from this store were expired or approach their expiration dates until I tried to open the package to eat one week later. I brought these two products to their store and try to get a refund. But what they told me was that they would never put stuffs on shelf if that’s already expired. They denied to give a refund and asked me to bring the expired product back home . During the conversation, they have never offer me an apology; instead, they gave me the impression that I bought the items from other stores and tried to take advantage of them. It’s the retailer’s responsibility to check whether any products are approaching their expiration dates; if any are, they should never place them on shelf.

They have everything you need. Fish department and deli department excellent. Bakery items wonderful. But parking is an issue.

Parking is particularly problematic for the self-proclaimed “Gourmet Italian Market”. They have an enlarged deli counter with an extensively enticing selection of cheeses and other specialties. Their seafood section is second to none and sometimes they offer Chilean Sea-bass for $19.99 per pound, surely a steal at that price.

New to NYC form Ohio, beautiful clean store and great products but it is a little pricey especially if your used to shopping at only Aldi lol, but it’s a great clean cup grocery store that I trust and the cashier I had was so sweet. I’m not Italian at all, but I love this store best time to go is weekdays around opening time like 8am no people there at al.

I bought the yogurt from La Bella yesterday afternoon. I had a stomachache after drinking that yogurt. Today, I went to La Bella to return the rest of yogurt. The manager said I can not return. I have to contact the company of yogurt. I have already files a complaint to department of government . Bad Bad customer service from La Bella.

The store has a lot of Italian products, prices are good, he has a great selection of fresh fish. He’s also says regular groceries

Great place for any type of Italian food everything is always fresh and the food is fresh the service is great and they have everything you can possibly need for your home all in one store and they have great prices on everything the only problem is parking and the lines get long but that’s because they are the best place for Italian food in Bensonhurst!!
