Really beautiful to walk through the municipal park in the morning! Very clean and well kept. There are trails that go around the park and definitely worth a visit. There are also many benches that you can use to rest and would definitely be a great place for BBQs and community picnics. They also have restroom facilities available.

No one seemed to be there when we got to the park. That is nothing new, however. It's usually pretty empty. Maybe a couple playing tennis or someone else with their kids or grandkids running and playing. The park itself could be better. The ones in calhoun, ga. Are much better by far. That being said, I suppose that it's an ok park for the town that it's in. I just wish more people would bring their family's here so maybe the city would see to spend more money in this park and make it better.

Cheap to rent a pavilion for birthdays and my kids love the playground. Nature trail is great for getting in shape. Never been in the pool though....

We went to a pro wrestling Lafayette event at the rec center and after the event was over there was no Lighting in the parking lot to see where you were going also they need to replace the American flag on the flagpole on top of the building
