I hate this place! Called yesterday, again NO HOT WATER! Guess what, “someone is on there way to fix it now” 4:25pm 2-14-2021 but here we are with no hot water. Goes out almost weekly and don’t get me started on the 42 days without hot water! This place is like a garbage dump, trash everywhere! Can’t wait to move in June!

Terrible manufacturing. Mold is within the apartments , it is affordable but terrible. I have lived here for 5 years and have had terrible service. It has good employees but bad and poor infrastructures.

Horrible place to live. I cannot wait to move in June. I have tried reaching out to the office on various issues and never get a response. Additionally, tenants leave trash outside of their apartments and animals scatter everywhere. There is no accountability by management to the tenants to abide by the rules. Place is a rip off.

Submitted my application today waiting for an approval I absolutely love this place apartment is clean and spacious with updated renovations, stainless steel appliances, Andrea is super nice and helped me with all my needs! The pool and the gym are my fav “ did I mention super clean” I can’t wait to move here
