Paces Ridge at Vinings

Won't fix my heat it been over 4 days and its over 80 degrees outside. Then they leave this inside my unit making it even worst

Great location with quiet wooded views. Great townhomes

I applied to this apartment complex back in the end of summer. I got approved for the apartment. A few days later they tell me the unit is no longer available but there are two other units available. I ended up not finalizing on other and asked for my application fee back $200, but they refused to return it.

Mac is awesome and the property is excellent.!!
