Lakota Wolf Preserve

Great experience! The owners are very knowledgeable and you can tell they love their animals. They take excellent care of them. The wolves, foxes, and Bobby the bobcat all look healthy and happy. We rode the shuttle up and walked back. I recommend this for anyone who loves animals.

An up close and personal must for anyone who loves and appreciates nature and wildlife! The gift shop is really cute. The knowledge of each animal there is incredible and the howling will give you chills. The ride to the preserve is not far from the main entrance and parking is very accessible for all ages. Go explore!

Loved the preserve! Owners were knowledgeable and really care for these animals. Hearing the wolves howl was amazing! Was kind of hoping you were able to walk around on your own to view them instead of all standing in a group in one tight area, but still cool and worth it.

Amazing place with amazing people. Just a beautiful place seeing these majestic creatures. Recomend for any one especially with an affection for these animals

The most amazing and informative trip!!! It's about a half mile hike (up hill) to see the wolves, but so worth it! The staff are friendly and filled with knowledge. Best of all, they really respect the wild nature of the animals. The energy that belongs to this preserve is raw and powerful. The parking is decent and there's benches to sit on along the hike and to wolf watch. Also, picnic tables are at your disposal for packing a lunch to eat while there. Absolutely love this place!! Would go 100 times over!!
