As a real estate agent in WNC I have done business with several attorneys. Lancaster Law Firm is my preference. They are great communicators, and very thorough. I guess this would sum It up best, my wife and I used Lancaster to close on our home, and when my mom bought up here I insisted she did as well. Keep up the great work Zeno and team

I’ve been closing with Lancaster Law for years and they deliver what lenders want in a closing attorney which is communication, obsession over detail, and a personal service philosophy that makes clients feel confident that they’re in good hands. Zeno is always professional in what is a high stress business and Briar’s ability to manage the chaos that is “rush season” in real estate is invaluable.

Zeno and Aimee we're both welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt that the communication from the particular paralegal I was working with lacked interest in my issues as the client. It was with much pressure, from others involved in the transaction, to respond to me and I was finally acknowledged. The end result from both closings were that I left happy and that is what counts.
