Justin and his team have handled MANY closings for my clients. They are all amazingly responsive. Each closing has been smooth and almost effortless on my part. You could not ask for better communication. Any question is answered very quickly and if there are any issues that arise, they are dealt with quickly and professionally. We use Ckezepis Law for almost all of our real estate closing needs. It is always a wonderful and professional experience. Their client portal is easy to use and convenient and keeps the customer in the loop. I almost always get an instant answer to all my questions. The whole team is professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a closing attorney.

I am just so in love with Ckezepis Law! I have dealt with a lot of real estate attorneys in my 11+ year career and they are the best! I actually found Justin and his staff while doing a cross sale, he was the attorney the buyer picked and I was the listing agent. His process was so smooth on both sides I knew I had to give him a try, I have not looked back! His paralegals are so responsive and communicate immediately with myself and my clients. Their office is knowledgeable, professional and responsive which is what you need in this business, also they are so conveniently located for the majority of my business, right in Birkdale Village! I love the online portal where all communication and documents are shared in one easy spot for everyone to reply and share. I'm also impressed with their fast responses to emails and phone calls. My clients have been very impressed!
