Revised 10/5 - Debbie and team made everything right and got everything squared away for us. Good team, just a bit of miscommunication on the initial start of our work together. Would recommend to friends! Revised 7/3 - Vendor reached out, explained the breakdown in communication and is making an effort to make things right. Revising my review to 4 stars and will revise to 5 once the situation is resolved. Thanks Kayce! Note: Please reach out to me directly again, my replies to your emails are bouncing from the Google server and it's definitely not an issue on my end. Tried to work with this firm to put together a living will. We had an initial call and I was provided with a questionnaire to fill out. We had several questions regarding this questionnaire that we needed answered before we returned it. I reached back out to Kayce & team through phone calls through their executive assistant and sent my questions directly through email several times over the course of 4-5 months. None of my messages or emails were returned. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you actually want your documents to be completed.
