I have used Harry Marsh Law for simple closings, and not so simple closings...he and his team have gone above and beyond, especially compared to other law firms(50+) in the Charlotte area I have used in the past. They take the time to answer questions and explain their answers to those questions, which is truly hard to get from most lawyers...

Harry Marsh will definitely get my business in the future. Hope to close on a home soon. He was the ONLY lawyer to respond to my MANY emails for help with my last AWFUL landlord situation. My choices were crappy, and Harry responded in just a few hours with his interpretation of my best options. He realized that there was little to no money in it for himself or his firm and responded immediately anyway. Lawyers get a bad wrap, this guy is apparently trying to change that. Thanks Harry.

Harry was extremely helpful. He answered questions I had regarding foreclosure and possible outcomes without taking me on as a client. His patience was outstanding and all my questions were answered in a very timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone needing real estate guidance and use him in the future for help with my next home purchase.

Have had to contact Harry on several different occasions. Everytime he has offered timely help and great advice. I will be going to him for all my future real estate business and would recommend him to everyone. Not only is he a great attorney but above all a great human being.
