Terrible communication, unprofessional, no accountability with their staff. Amanda Phillips is horrible. If she is your paralegal, please ask for someone else. I followed all of her instructions only for her to come back and say that is not correct. Sent her a document and she emailed the next week stating she was still waiting on the document I sent her the previous week. Emailed her numerous times and called twice and no reply. I called to talk to a mgr or the owner and the receptionist sent me to Amanda who DIDN'T answer. I called right back and they ignored my call. I used a different phone # and they answered on the 2nd ring. Unbelievable. And these are professionals who we are suppose to trust with our private, personal information. I have been highly displeased with their level of incompetency, unclear/lack of communication & unprofessionalism. If your realtor OR lender refers you to this lawyer, please run the other direction. It will be a nightmare. Unanswered emails, no call backs, ignored phone calls, & incorrect information.

George Sperry did the closing for my house! He was both professional and kind. He explained everything. It went smoothly. In general, it was short and sweet. I worked with Amanda beforehand who searched the title, recorded the deed, and coordinated the wire. Very pleased with the service and price. Thank you!

Absolute worst law firm ever. We sold our house two years ago and for whatever reason the property was not transferred to the new owner. I've had money seized from my account by the state and am continuing to receive notices that we owe for this years taxes. Mr. Sperry has been contacted by my husband and myself several times and we are given the run around each time and he still has not contacted us back. I would not recommend this law firm for any of your needs. They are unreliable and completely unprofessional.

Sperry Law Firm is a Fantastic firm specializing in Real Estate law. I have a client who owns property in both California and North Carolina who was in town briefly to have his title for the NC property transferred from his name into his living trust. 3 Weeks before I called up another local law firm I use(d) frequently to schedule this title work to be done. However, despite numerous emails and phone calls to get all of this handled weeks before my client arrived in town, I was informed the day off that they would NOT be able to complete the title work for my client. It was the day before our appointment and I was scrambling trying to find someone to do the impossible for me. I was referred to Sperry Law firm by a colleague, and I couldn't be more pleased. They not only were able to complete the work I needed very quickly and on extremely short notice (day before), they did so with the friendliest and most professional of attitudes. My clients also raved to me about their friendly staff and attorneys. From here on out I will be using them for my real estate closings!
