We were lied to. A salesperson told us that the tax free sale ended on a Sunday. We rushed in to get a new dining set ordered. They had the table but not the china cabinet, but were encouraged to order the entire set together for color match. Upon measuring later that evening, we discovered it really wouldn't fit. Back at the store before they opened the next morning to cancel the order. They said they couldn't process a credit card refund that we had to take a store credit or they could send me a check. We believed them and accepted the offer of the check. However upon receiving the check, they had withheld a "3% credit card fee". I refused and contacted American Express who stated that they could not charge me this fee and they should have credited the card. They lie and they cheat. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.
