Landmark Inn Sevierville, Tennessee

Very clean room. We stayed on the ground floor. When I walked out the back door of the room, I walked right off of the porch and into the grass next to the river bank and was greeted by ducks and geese! Very peaceful. Close enough to attractions but yet far enough away to stay out of the noise and the hustle of pigeon forge. Within walking distance of several restaurants. Wonderful service with desk staff. They were very accomodating. We will definitely be back!

Have stay here several times over the past 10 years. The staff is very nice and helpful. Beds and rooms are clean and comfortable. Do not ever recall having rude service from the clerk or cleaning staff. Have and would recommend. Also very close to several restaurants within walking distance. And 15-20 minutes from Dollywood.

when we first walked in the room was still a little dirty but nothing to bad. we had the Jacuzzi room and noticed there wasn't but 2 small towels and 2 face towels in the bathroom. so we didn't have extras to put on the floor next to the Jacuzzi to avoid the floor from getting wet when we got out. I still ended up using one to do that but I ended up slipping and getting a head concussion after being in ER for it! I called to tell the front desk person about it just to give them a heads up that they should put something next to the Jacuzzi but she just said thank you. never said sorry and didn't really seem concerned about it. so just a heads up bring your own extra long towels you can lay down. customer service not the best!

The location is good especially if you don't want to have to drive a lot inexpensive fast food restaurants within walking distance. Laundromat close by. Kmart and big lots within walking distance. Spacious rooms. Affordable. The cons are no on site laundry, coffee available only in morning some staff not very accommodating. No attractions close by.overall, for the money it gets at least 2 stars

BED BUGS!!!! Tried to tell the manager on duty about them but he started spouting out excuses before I could finish my sentence. I'm assuming by his response that he won't be doing anything to clean the room. So if you stay there good luck.
