ZERO STARS if possible. I had an existing auto loan with a different credit union that merged with Langley, and after the merger, Langley tried to add almost $6000 in extra charges because they didn't have proof of insurance. After submitting proof of insurance 3 times, they still keep adjusting the payment amount stating new reasons why the insurance information is incomplete. They use a third party company for the proof of insurance process, and it's been a constant inconvenience to continue to meet requirements to have the charge taken off the loan. I've spoken to multiple customer service representatives, because no one has the same answers or information, and the entire process has been frustrating to say the least. I've never experienced this situation with any other credit unions or car loans in the past. I am working to refinance and leave this credit union completely.
I've been a member for many years. They do their jobs very well.

Financed vehicle. Amazing experience on phone to get approved - took the time to listen to everything. Couple of other banks who i currently have loans through or affiliation with were more difficult in working out my trade-in and my credit is good 700s This is my 9th vehicle in 25 years and i have been thru many approval processes for vehicles over the years. One prior with Langley who financed my sons car The communication was fantastic over the phone with the corporate office. I was shocked at the rate being so much better than i thought it would be from other institutions one would think would be the best. Signing paperwork and finalizing everything was easy with the associate in this new Red Mill/Sandbridge location right around the corner from where i live. Will be the first to call when my son refinances his car from my name or goes for another vehicle. Great job and such a relief to have y’all take care of it WELL. LOVING my new vehicle!! You went the extra mile. Stellar!
