I did my back and neck. It worked great. It hurt a little but im so glad i did it. Great girl who does the treatments.

Clark Kentt your review is complete BS. 1) You sound like a crying baby who hasn't even experienced the office and the people who work there, they happen to be very friendly and helpful. 2) I have visited this spa a number of times and I couldn't be HAPPIER with their service. Even when there is nobody available to answer the phone and I have to leave a message they ALWAYS return my call as soon as they can. 3) You're no consumer you're a queen, and you set a really low example of "customer service" yourself by being a crybaby over ONE phone call and deciding that the best way to handle the situation is by writing a bad review on a business you've NEVER even been to. I would love to know what business you're part of so that I may nitpick it and act like a big baby myself, thank you for nothing.

It's unbelievable. It's unfortunate how low customer service has sunk at any place you deal with. I simply called to invite the office to our community event, perhaps them get some exposure...but they hang up. What ever happened with, "no thank you...we appreciate but maybe next". The funny thing is, they do not realize, I, myself am a consumer. The professionalism you sometimes see just leaves you shaking your head.
