Light rice and pop of green chilis brought flavor to the forefront. medium salsa was a great pair and good spice level. potatoes and black beans mixed seamlessly, pesto pooled at the bottom but gave the finishing bites an extra oomph. Flavors mixed splendidly, bold and bright. Veggies cut to size.

Waited for more than 18 minutes for a burnt chicken quesadilla. I wish I could say this was the first time this happened but this has been pretty consistent. Avoid this restaurant if you want timely service

amazing vegan choices. The food is not presented super fancy, but it took some thought and skill to make each choice unique. They are very vegan friendly as well, and present good options far from the norm. I especially liked the tofu Cuban burrito. It's loaded with great ingredients. You should also try the soups if you get a chance.

Nachos in a bowl are the best thing to ever happen to nachos or bowls in the history of the corn chip. Amazing vegetarian/vegan options, and overall delicious!

Laughing Planet provides a unique twist on classic Mexican favorites. There are loads of options for vegans, with all the soups being vegan. In addition, you have the option of adding tofu or seitan to the burritos. I highly recommend the Cuban burrito with tofu and fruit salsa. The atmosphere is great, and Soma is right downstairs where you can enjoy excellent coffee, pastries, tea, and smoothies.
