I stayed for the summer, my dorm was kinda messed up, bathroom flooded about half cm all the time and shower knob was broken. I told them the issues a couple of times and they said someone was going to fix, nobody ever came. The bedroom layout was also kinda dumb, the wardrobe drawer couldn't open because of the bed... Elevator broken all the time, their mail delivery system made no sense and they didn't insist in following it very much.. etc, MANY improvements are necessary. But staff was nice :)

Decent facility. It's usually clean and things are mostly well maintained. There is good security here. They check your ID and you have to be signed in by a resident to enter.

Definetly not as nice as the honors residence hall, but it is a lot better than Cypress and is easily manageable as long as you have some friends to make your time worthwhile.
