Probably the worst freshman dorm at NYU. Rooms are ancient with paint flaking everywhere, drains that hardly work, and barely any water pressure. Its only saving grace is the nice second-floor lounge.

Great location but unfriendly RAs and staff. They organized no social events over the summer and left my door open during one room check

Clearly the best dorm for character building at NYU. Great views for the lucky kids on higher floors. Also offered good swag for people on move-in day. I felt great leaving my baby cousin here on move-in day because I knew she was about to grow as a human through a literal trial by fire in that scorching dorm.

Dormitory for NYU students, no AC but a place to do work, a pool room, a dark room, a dance room, a ping pong room, general lounge. Rooms are ok in size. Cheaper than other NYU dorms. Overall good compared to others.

Horrible place to live, but its the cheapest in Manhattan so kinda worth it. Good location, though. Very very rude staff, they treat you like living here is free and speak very rudely to you for no reason.
