LaVida Massage

Sydney - front desk receptionist did something amazing for me. I needed a massage stat, but no appointments were available except for one time-slot that was conflicting with my schedule. She called Wendy, my masseuse and asked if she could come in earlier. Both ladies made it happen. Kudos on great customer service.

Made a last minute reservation for deep tissue with Tom and he was fantastic! He got to all those little spots that hurt me so often, feel so relaxed now. They got a good deal if you sign up for their program and I already made another reservation to see him!

The massage therapist really need to understand muscle groups. Massage is not just apply pressure on a spot and keep circling around. After I told the lady exactly what I wanted she was helpful but I can tell she has no idea how the body works. Please give employees proper trainings.

I love how reasonable La Vida is and the services are excellent. Thomas is very skilled. Klaudia is fabulous and her facials are amazing. I highly recommend La Vida. I think it is the best quality services of any subscription place I have been to and I have been with three other places prior to this.

Friendly, knowledge staff...there's a therapist for anything you need worked out from deep relaxation to heavy deep tissue work. Your really can't go wrong and the prices are just as great!
