I have been to many nail salons in the area, most of them are cramped and filthy. This one is decent and way cleaner from inside. Tina was really nice. She accommodated me instantly on my walk-in. She has great collection of gel shades and regular shades. I liked her work and I will keep going back to this nail salon. Plenty of parking in the complex.

They were really nice, nails look professional, they were also very efficient but I didn’t get the feeling that they didn’t care. I am happy with the service . Sure, the place looks and feels a bit dated. But the quality of their work is good, and the prices are reasonable. Edit: been going here a lot because the location is convenient. They don’t take out all the cuticles so the manis don’t last too long. French manicure works out better because the transparent coat makes it less obvious when the mani starts to chip.

I have always had a great experience.  Tina is friendly and does a great job.  It is usually 3+ months between my pedi/mani.  But Tina takes the time to make my hand and feet awesome.   I never feel rushed there.Services:&nbsp;Manicure

I have been going to Pretty Nails about 8 years and the staff does a thorough job. It is a clean facility and the instruments are clean. My nails always look wonderful and If I don't care for something it is resolved without a problem. I have done both Shellac/Gel polish and Tips with crystal powder. Ialso do mani/pedi & allnail care.The prices are great and the staff is friendly. They are located in the little strip mall next to McDonalds, not the Dollar Tree Shopping Center, the one on the other side of McDonalds.Services:&nbsp;Manicure

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience and will not be going back. Despite getting an appointment I had to wait for almost 20 minutes and the whole shellac manicure took an hour with the wait time. The specialist did not speak a word of English and the quality left much to be desired see pictures. The shellac brands used I have never heard of and lamps are old.

My Name is April Pretty nails is Just So Amazing.  I was a New Client to Tina on Sunday she is Amazing.  I have had so many Compliments on my Acrylic Nails this week.  They are Just Beautiful.  Tina is the Best nail Salon in Sunnyvale.

I went for eyebrow shaping.  It took just 5mins and the output was amazing. It's a 5 for the price as well

The customer service here is terrible. I was immediately seated upon my arrival with my daughter, but though I got a manicure and pedicure done, my daughter was stuck waiting for her turn. She was first in line since we walked in, yet when another customer walked in, they were given priority and got their nails done. This system continued for an hour and a half and, eventually, we left with my daughter not having her nails done at all. I do not recommend this salon for those who are young, as, even if you tell the head you are getting your nails done, you’ll be ignored.

Place did not look busy and I had to get my nails taken care of. Cathy did a great job. It's not too bad the business did not look like the other Nail spas; their prices are the same.
