I haven't met Roy but his partner and the secretary were rude.. They told me my husband have to be with me to set up a joint trust and if not I could go elsewhere. Do I really need to be told to go elsewhere? My husband works night and I work day. We have three kids which was why I asked if he could start with me first and my husband later. They had that "I don't need you" attitude...lol...then why have seminars and all the advertisements?? I regret for referring my friends to this law firm....never ever again. I didn't feel welcome. I felt as if they don't like Asian. Maybe they have had bad experiences with Asian but that just how they made me feel.
