Kern is not only a great attorney but also a very humble person. I reached out to Kern after getting referral from my brother for getting my estate setup. Kern was always very prompt in getting back to me. He was very thorough in explaining all aspects of estate planning and helped us every step along the way in making the right decisions. He never shied away from giving his opinion/recommendation, when asked. He was also very accommodating. My wife and I live over an hour away from his office and could not come during the weekdays, but Kern made special arrangements for us to come on the weekend to go over the documents with him. I have worked with over half a dozen attorneys in my life and Kern, by far, is the best I have every worked with.
