I have used Mr. Tamkin for a few legal matters and I have found that he is a real Pro. After using many attorneys over the years, it is undisputable that he is the real deal. He is very bright, smart and articulate and has a heart of gold to boot. He has won every case for me. His arguments in court have astounded even the opposing lawyers. He reviews every case with much detail and is therefore able to come up with different avenues that have helped him win the cases. He is affordable and very patient and will work with you until you win the case. He is a Gdsend.

I utilized Mr. Tamkin's services regarding a home I owned in Cleveland. Being long-distance, I was hoping to find a lawyer in the area to advise me. Mr. Tamkin is the best that I have seen. He has been very instrumental in stopping a sheriff's sale on my home that was totally paid for. I fell behind in Condo Association fees because of unemployment. I went to mediation hearings unrepresented (don't do it). This Association would not work with me and I gave several scenario on which I could execute (they were represented by an attorney and the property management company). Just started working again and they wanted monthly fees and a lump sum which I did not have. But I signed the papers (don't do it unless you are represented) because I was so stressed about losing my home. There is nothing for homeowner in which a mortgage is totally paid as there was in the HARP program to give them a fresh start. The feeling is since you paid off your mortgage you can afford everything (not true). There needs to be fresh laws regarding what these associations can and can not do. I will be contacting my state representative regarding getting some new legislation. Just as homeowners did in the mortgage meltdown. My advice call Eli Tamkin he is well worth it.
