Rauser & Associates Legal Clinic LLP

It’s been a nightmare since I’ve been a client with Rauser and Associates for 2-3 years now. On my day of court I submitted a letter to my attorney from my doctor and employer I would be off work and etc, my lawyer failed to file a motion to stop my payments. He waited nearly a month or longer. I’ll just say I was headed back to work when he attempted to file the motion. Brian A. assisted with fixing that issue. He’s the Best But after many calls and trying to get answers I called Hyatt Legal Services then the issue was addressed. 4/18 earlier in the month maybe last 3/18. I called the firm because I gotten a letter stating my chapter 13 payment was wrong and should be more. I contacted the firm about this letter and I can barely pay the current amount and I’m still facing a financial hardship. Melissa R. filed a motion to stop my payments and the judge approved but yet I haven’t spoken to her I’ve emailed and called her but only get the Receptionist. The receptionist is the middle man! I’ve emailed eviction notices to Melissa R. and still haven’t spoken to her and it’s 4/23/18. This firm has ADDED TO MY STRESS AND ETC. I again called Hyatt Legal Services 4/23/18 to get answers and seek a referral for another firm to take over my chapter 13. I have no more patience to continue dealing with this firm. I would NOT RECOMMEND RAUSER AND ASSOCIATES TO ANYONE! Don’t believe the hype about this firm and the commercial. This is the worst firm I’ve ever done business with! Attorneys aren’t available for clients when needed, the answer I got was their at lunch or with a client. Recently the receptionist told me all 13 attorneys were with clients. I didn’t believe her! if that was so there need to be changes. An attorney needs to be available for clients who call for questions and answers. THIS FIRM ONLY GOT A STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO CLICK ON A STAR TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. SO THIS FIRM GETS NO STAR FROM ME! 😕😡😱😤😢🤯👎🏽

A family member of mine recommended this law firm to me for bankruptcy filing, I had a great experience here working with them! I owed $20,000 in medical bills and the stress of getting collection letters and calls all day long was too much. Rauser and associates made the whole process of filing for bankruptcy silky smooth and I couldn't have been happier.

I was very happy as well as satisfied with the lawyer that was handling my case and and made me feel as comfortable with the questions that I asked her and she answered them easy enough to understand the process and my options. Thank you Rauser And Associates! As well as to the lady who I seen for my initial appointment to start my paperwork :)

These are some of the BEST lawyers I've ever worked with. Whenever I was in need of information about my account, they were quick to help. Despite my bankruptcy, They treated me like a person, not just a number. They helped me to receive the consultation I needed and I'm now on the road to recovering my credit.
