Brad Laybourne is an excellent attorney. I needed an attorney to resolve a situation with my employer that had been going on for the past year. At our initial meeting Brad was quickly able to understand the situation and decide the best plan of action. Because I don’t know anything about law, Brad took the time to explain to me the process and where I stood legally in the situation. He is very professional, intelligent and helpful. Brad helped me resolve that situation with one letter to my employer and in a few days was able to resolve what I could not for over a year. I highly recommend Brad Laybourne. My son was involved in a incident where he was looking at spending over a decade in prison. The Public Defender my son had was riding along with the Prosecutor and told me face to face he would not challenge a ER Dr. on the stand over pictures that didn't support the charges against my son. I had read all the discovery and felt like the PD was willing to go along with the Prosecutor just to get this case off his desk. This was unacceptable. I spoke with a couple other lawyers before calling Brad and they were too busy or were asking way more for representation than I could afford. When I talked to Brad he explained the difficult situation my son was in and didn't make me any false promises but he did patiently answer my many questions and showed true concern. At Brad's suggestion I retained an expert witness ER Dr. to dispute the pending charges in court. In the meantime Brad had visited my son the same day I first called him and several times after to prepare his defense. Three days before the trial was to begin, the Prosecutor called Brad with a plea bargain of basically a third of the time the Public Defender was willing to go with. My son is out now and doing well for himself and his kids. I am VERY thankful to Brad for him being there to discuss the case with my son in jail. For quickly answering emails and calls and of course getting the Prosecuting Attorney to offer a plea bargain that was fair to everyone involved. I highly recommend.

I have to give props when they are due! Brad asks all the right ?'s in order to best suit your issues. He told my friend exactly what he needed to do and postponed his hearing until he was done with classes and community service. The judge even said, "Brad has done a great job for you!" The outcome was in my friends favor. I pray never to need his services, but if I do, I know where to go!
