McDivitt Law Firm Was one of the greatest law firms I have dealt with. My personal attorney Tony Tracy was very polite, helpful and I am grateful I had him. Case manager Bridgette is one of the best people I had ever dealt with. When you call the office you get the nicest people answering the phone where they find these people I will never know. I appreciate everything they did for me. I would recommend this law firm to anyone and everyone. Thank you all!!!!!

I cannot stress this enough: if you have been in an accident, get a lawyer. I had no idea what I was in for when I got rear ended and my car totalled. I did not know that your health insurance will come to you for the money they put out on your injuries. This can get very pricey if you have xrays/MRI/physical therapy /surgery etc. And you don't know what it will cost as the insurance company pressures you to settle. I worked with Marilyn as my case worker. She was amazing. My case took over a year to settle and she was so understanding and helpful. She kept in constant contact with me and fully explained every step of the process. I can't thank her enough. My lawyer, Tony Tracy, was exactly who you would want on your case. I was confident he was working hard on my case and he always kept me updated on any progress. I was grateful to have someone as knowledgeable as Tony working for me and he ended up getting me a very generous settlement. I am very happy I made the call and would urge anyone who has been hurt to call McDivitt.

The experience overall with McDivitt has been great to say the least. After my car accident I was out of work for a while with nothing to do. I probably called in more that I should have but my case manager Janice T was always welcoming and happy to help with anything I needed. Then after a few months of the legal process we were finishing up on my case. The finance department helped expedite a partial disbursement so I was able to get my bills and family taken care of. Thanks McDivitt!!!!!!!
