David Foley is the best lawyer I have come across in 62 years. Absolutely the Best in Colorado Springs Colorado. A very experienced defense attorney and a kind man. David Foley cares about his clients. He has a Great record of success. In our case our son was charged with 9 serious felony offenses that posed life in prison with no chance of parole. Lucky for us we hired David Foley right from the start. A very difficult case involving mental illness. David Foley brought the case to a very good conclusion and there are not enough words to thank and praise David Foley. We literally owe our sons life to him. Like all good Defense lawyers he is not cheap but worth every dime.

I hired the Foley Law firm to help me through a case in 2014. Ms. Sutton was assigned to me and I couldn't have been happier with the results she was able to get me. In 2016, I needed a divorce lawyer, and Ms. Sutton delivered again. Whether it was a conference call, mediation or in the court room, she was like a momma grizzly going after someone who is messing with her cubs. I promise you that you want her on your team and not opposing counsel. I always appreciated her honesty, and straight fowardness during the process, she never just told me what I wanted to hear or what I hoped would happen. Many days during this process I would just remind myself that Allison is looking out for the best interest of myself and my children, and to just trust she is doing her job, which she always did beyond my greatest hopes.
