We purchased a beautiful light fixture that had a short. I used a very reputable electrician to install it, which was recommended to us by LBU to use. After about 30 days the light began to go on and off. Then it finally just quit working after about 45 days. I had the electrician back for a second time to check it, and they determined the fixture was defective. I asked LBU to rush the replacement because it is in a critical area of my home, and they will not accommodate unless I want to pay for it. I also asked that they stand behind their product with compensation back to help with the three occasions that I must have an electrician come in to my home to gain final resolution of the problem and they refuse to do so. Therefore, just a warning to any customers, LBU will blame the manufacturer (yet they are okay with selling from that manufacturer ongoing), and they will take their profit and never stand behind the products they sell.
