I purchased three Visual Comfort Marine Outdoor post lights. A year and 3mos. later noticed they were corroding and rusting. I paid almost $500 a piece for "MARINE" OUTDOOR lights and when I called Visual Comfort they told me to call the retailer and they would make it right. I called Beautiful Things and immediately they gave me the run around and said that "their hands were tied" and blamed it on Visual Comfort. They trashed Visual Comfort and the whole time I was thinking, "If this company is so lousy, why are you selling their products??" They just assumed I was naive, (it's the southern accent), and I would go away. My husband and I were pleasantly persistent in trying to at least get a credit BUT THEY REFUSED to do the right thing. We spent thousands of dollars on other lighting but that didn't matter. One of the owners pretended to be an employee and was passing the buck to the other owner. The other owner is from the northeast. He got short and curt and didn't want to have anything to do with us. So I'm doing everything I can to get the word out. THEY DON'T STAND BY THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. PERIOD.
