Farrey's Lighting & Bath

I had a situation with a lamp at a friend's house and did not seem to find the replacement part. Another friend recommended Farrey's (a place I have never visited, nor knew of) and I looked for them online. I have to say I was lucky enough to be taken care of by Joe Barone, who asked me to send him a photo of the lamp in question and immediately told me about the collection, and the vendor's name. I could have gone ahead and order the parts online, but I decided to let him guide me through the process and provide me with excellent customer service! Joe has not only kept a constant follow up on the ordering/delivery procedures, but also given me my own time to go ahead and complete my request in my very own time. This is evidence of proper, customer oriented service, in a world where we are speeding into a technological era! Thank you Joe, for your help. I look forward to doing business with Farrey's, through you! All thumbs up for you!

We bought a chandelier there and for our studio where our kids play. The chandelier exploded when my 6months baby was right below it and all the pieces of glass fell around him hurting him. No one was touching the lamp or anything when it exploded. Thanks God nothing fatal happened (it could have killed my son). I took the lamp to the store and tried to report the incident but the manager was really rude to me. Unfortunately they just said that the lamp was good and they didn’t do anything about it. I just hope that nothing like this happens to anyone else and I urge you to buy from another store that actually cares for their clients wellness.

Had a great salesman. Problem is now I have a $10000 shower stall that has very little pressure - I was better off with my old showerhead! These guys don't remove or tell you how to take the pressure limiters off - and my plumber had a hard time doing it we did it when we could! You can have a great beautiful shower setup with jets etc but without pressure, you wasted your money - this warning applies to ANYONE selling this stuff not just Farrey's to be fair
