Sellers in this store obviously do not know good customer service skills. Bought 2 lamps and had to cancel the order because never received them , I called several times to find out the status of the order and they were never able to inform me, never followed through, never called back and last time I called after 21 days of placing the order, they told me the 2 lamps were on "back order", horrible customer service and the manager is just another lamp in the store.
