Pego Lamps

Passed by the location on 8 st and really liked the products so we decided to give it a try. After two hours of picking the lamps (which by the way are really expensive) we decided to make the purchase. The sales person told us it would take from 10 to 15 business days to receive the lamps. A month after we called the sales person and he tells us that the lamps have not arrived that they are in the middle of the ocean coming from China. What a great customer service and explanation. Two months after the lamps arrives at the store and we set a delivery date (which is extra). They don’t do deliveries after 5 pm so I had to leave work early when the delivery gets to the house the delivery guy tells me I have to unload the lamps from the van because his not allowed to go inside the house. I Couldn’t believe what I was hearing after two months of waiting for the lamps that we should had gotten at the latest 15 days after the order I have to unload the lamps from the delivery van. This company really doesn’t care or have respect for their customers. Please stay away from Pego Lamp I wouldnt want any one else to go through the same experience we did.

Bunch of lamps, olds, classics, moderns etc etc. Expensive a bit. Guy at desk talking at the phone and...oh right i was waiting for the train.

Employees were unclear about our product delivery date and took a while for the product to arrive.
