Bought a pair of Hinkley outdoor sconces 14 years ago. Went to change bulbs. One had no problem, the second; a major component failed. Took the pieces to Capitol, and within minutes was given the parts to repair the fixture, NO CHARGE for the pieces or advice. GREAT service, and if I were shopping for fixtures, GREAT selection.

Salesperson did not know a thing about volts, watts or lumens. She could sell tomatoes or socks with a much better success. I do not blame the girl though. It's the management's fault! I just wonder how they stay in business with these high prices and totally untrained personnel.

The store has a beautiful selection of lighting with competitive prices (compared to the internet). Jose was informative & efficient when we purchased our bathroom lighting & decorative mirrors. He also came to the rescue when we saw that one of the mirrors was broken when it was ready to install. The replacement was handled personally by Jose which didn't hold up my contractors. It's unusual to get this level of service nowadays & we really appreciated it.

They have a pretty good selection in the store and of course much more online. We are remodeling and have various things we need. Jose and Jean are very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Both very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
