Lighting First

I recently purchased some lighting, lamps, fans and accessories at Lighting First. I have had nothing but a great experience. All the staff was very helpful and my salesperson, Joan, was outstanding! I had one problem with a fan and the owner, Steve, did all he could to make sure I was happy even after purchasing the fan 8 months ago. They replaced it without hesitation! I appreciate their great products, selection and customer service!!

A review by Spanky Steiner contains inaccurate information. The current, competitive labor rates offered by Lighting First are $79 for fan installation up to 14' and $10 to install a light kit. These prices are published in all of the stores. Furthermore, unlike competitors or electrical contractors, Lighting First guarantees its labor and product together for a full 12 months from the installation date! As for fan pricing online, Lighting First and Home Depot offer the same pricing on identical models from select major brands. Lighting First adheres to Internet Minimum Advertised Pricing policies, which keeps all pricing online fair. In most cases, Lighting First offers better-than-internet pricing in their stores. Ceiling fans are over a hundred dollars higher than the same exact model at the Home Depot website. The installation fees are $95 per fan, $75 for light kits for fans. Insane prices!!! Wow!
