i think its a couple that owns this business. they are the only ones that deal with the customer. The lady is nice enough but the husband hardly makes eye contact, is always extremely unfriendly! I went here for a couple of years but gave up on them when I had enough of his rudeness and the prices just went up to top it off.
They destroyed 3 brand new dresses of mine. Ripped and torn with bleach stains on them. Terrible customer service. The owner refused to try to repair or give me a refund.
DON'T TAKE YOUR CLOTHES THERE IF YOU WANT TO WEAR THEM AGAIN. STAINS ON ALL MY LIGHT CLOTHES. WAY OVER PRICED AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
