They ruined my Burberry jacket. I talked to not only the store manager, but the district manager too who was extremely unprofessional and rude to me when I told him that they need to compensate me. You wouldn’t expect your expensive clothes to come back with oil stains when you take it to the dry cleaner. Then i got the district manager’s boss’s phone number, who tried to explain to me that oil can transfer from clothes to clothes, and I probably already had those oil stains on the jacket before i brought it in the store, it was just invisible. Lol… Eventually, i had to take it to another dry cleaner, they couldn’t get the stains out.. Don’t ever bring designer clothes to their shop! They don’t take responsibility, wouldn’t compensate, and they think you are dumb at the same time. The worst customer service i’ve ever experienced.
I'm new to the area and was skeptical of the smaller cleaning places wash and dry services so I made the drive here. I'm glad I did, they did a great job cleaning and folding about a month's worth of clothes for me and even gave me a 25% off first-time discount. It was pricey but sure beats spending all that time and energy in a laundromat. My new apartment doesn't have an in-unit washer and dryer so I can see myself coming back to do routine laundry from now on.
This was my first time using them. The prior company I used is about 10 mins away and their hours were inconvenient because I had to go either in the middle of the workday or during limited weekend time. I signed up for the 24/7 service here and was able to pick everything up when it was convenient for me.
Phone before you go in. We tried to phone multiple times before driving in, no answer. We decided to drive in anyway because the website said open. We were informed after we arrived that they wouldn’t be able to do our laundry until Tuesday.
Every time I go to Thai cleaners on South rainbow Las Vegas, Nevada the manager and the African woman are so tentative. They know me by name they call my name. They always get my stuff. They don’t ask me for my phone number. They are very aware and I believe they’re very, very good asset to your cleaners. And my clothes are always good Crisp & clean
My suit was badly damaged from a stain. I took a chance on bringing it here since I only chose it because it was nearby. I loved the curbside service. The girl who helped was very kind and helpful. Most importantly though, when my husband picked up my suit it was nearly brand new . No stains, residue or missed spots and perfectly pressed!
My first time using them to clean my comforter. They were friendly and very competent! Great job. Thank you. And the price was right!
[Updated: A regional manager reached out and helped out for the situation. Issued a payment for the amount of the sweater and everything he did was fast and prompt. They did a good job fixing the problem.] Stay away from this location. They do not take responsibilities on damages. Brought in my wife’s sweater for cleaning. Decent sweater from Sandro, definitely good quality for $150. She just bought it new and only wore it twice. After pick up I found two holes on the sweater, one in the front, once in the back. Brought it back and they said that they will fix the holes for me. When they returned the sweater, they only patched one of the two holes, and the patch was very poorly done. I asked for a solution for this situation, the employee said that I will need to speak to a manager, but she is not at work that day. So I left my information and asked to have her call me the day after. Never received a call in the next two days. I called back, the employee said that the manager is on vacation. I said fine, have her call me as soon as she comes back. Another 4 days has passed, not a single call from the “manager”. I stopped by the location and was told that the manager will be in the next day, asked me to come back tomorrow. I lost my patience and said I will not drive all the way over to see her, the employee promised me to have the manager call for sure the next day. And guess what, another 2 days has passed. NOT A SINGLE WORD FROM the “manager” They simply do not care and keep running away from the mistakes they make. This should be a simple solution in their standing, an apologize, a replacement or compensation for the sweater. And they should have me as a loyal customer. But they did not care, keep breaking their promises and I will never tell anyone to bring any business to them. STAY AWAY!!!!
I dropped off my "dry clean only" king sized comforter.. The tag clearly stated it was to be dry cleaned Only. When I picked it up 3 days later it obviously was not dry cleaned but washed. It was very damaged and had shrunk. I took it back the next morning very upset since it was a very expensive luxury comforter.. The district manager happened to be on premises. He was very sorry and knew right away they had ruined the bedding. He told me to go pick out a new one and he would pay for it. I unfortunately couldn't find the exact one anymore. But he paid the entire bill and I am gonna miss my old comforter. It was perfect. But I now have a replacement that blends with the other linens that matched that set. It was an unfortunate incident but Tide Cleaners does replace items if they were negligent. Clearly from the pic the king bedding shrank. Thank you to the District Manager for being so prompt in handling this matter.
Good location. Little pricy. Cashier could have been a little friendlier. She recovered later.
