JoJo the best at waxing eyebrows my favorite. I have been coming here for my eyebrows for years no matter the distance I will drive to see Jojo. She is fast and does the job well.

Duy is the best barber in Charlotte. He’s fast, efficient, affordable, and does an amazing job. It took me almost a year since moving here to find a barber I can trust with my business. This is my guy

I was a long time customer coming here for my overlays. However, my last experience was actually shocking. Everyone is usually incredibly friendly for the most part. Lucky did my overlay 5 days ago but the gel polish literally started peeling off. I went this morning to get a polish change showing them where all of my polish is starting to chip plus my receipt to verify I was just there. The price they quoted me to fix my polish was ridiculous. Literally charging me for a full set to fix a poor job on their end. Whoever their newest nail tech is was who assisted me today. She polished the main nails over but was extremely rude about it. Their prices considering their salon, their work and professionalism Isn’t worth it. The owner wasn’t there and I believe if he had been he would have taken care of me. He’s really good.

I have came to this shop for so many years to receive many different services, went into the shop today and sat down to wait to be serviced by Candy as I saw she was finishing up a customer as she finished she walks over, tells me that someone else can do my service that she was leaving when in fact she did not want to service me, I'm unsure of why but I was very heart broken when Jimmy pulled me outside to tell me that she just didn't want to service me when I have never done anything to be treated this way, Thank you Jimmy and Jojo for so many years of service up until this day...Service: Pedicure

Love this place ! Candy is the best person on earth for pedicures. Jojo/jimmy owners and there are awesome every time I come. This a great shop. So ladies don’t hesitate there the best!

When I walked in And was not greeted, even after I said hello to everyone. Also they do not have a lot of colors and I got acrylic nails just for ALL of them to come off 6 DAYS LATER ! They started lifting after 3 days and came off with ease I will NEVER go here again!

The amount paid is not worth service you receive. One of the main reasons I like getting a pedicure besides the care of my toe nails... is the foot massage due to lots if walking and standing. Well when I mentioned to her that she forgot my foot massage she said, " I do .. you no feel?" I was like," Noooo" . Thus was my first time here and I went because it was convenient but for now on I guess I will travel back to freedom drive where I normally go.

Amount paid for wasn't not worth what was done to my nails . DO NOT go here , or you will be unsatisfied, out of all the people working on nails only one can actually do full sets . All they're good for is eyebrow waxing & eyelashes .

I used to love them but all of a sudden they started taking cash payments only....NO GOOD..... like who actually carries cash anymore
