Lives off Lindsey Street . Duplex was filled with rats and Joe Lesak didn't doesnt help nun. It comes time to move out I paid a &655 deposit I expect aleast 500 back and they only send 200 . Jo is a really nice man and the maintenance man always comes right away to help with any issues I have. I honestly love having Jo as my landlord! Don't know why other reviews are so bad other than probably the property condition. I have enjoyed renting from legacy for two years.

Joe was not a particularly helpful landlord. He was always short with me when I called to express concerns about the duplex. I had serious water damage under out fridge, which was placed on a wood floor. I was fairly certain there was mold growing there, and when he sent a mold guy, the guy never came back to fix the problem, despite my calling him several times after he missed the initial follow-up meeting. The duplex was poorly maintained, but it was very cheap, so I guess I got what I paid for. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience, but I do wish Joe had worked harder to address my concerns.

IS THERE LESS THAN ONE STAR? I lived at a duplex on Craddock Avenue where they tried to make us maintain grass that wasn't ours, claimed to provide trash services that never happened, tried to charge us for fixing a damaged washer/dryer set up, and tried to screw us out of our security deposit. The landlord blabs about personal business to his other tenants and RARELY calls back when you leave him a message about anything urgent. We were asked to renew, and then 2 weeks before our lease was up they "sent us a letter" retracting that renewal. We didn't receive any letter or notice so we were forced to move out in the middle of the month with less than 2 weeks notice and no where to go. They only care about your money and will cut as many corners to get it! KEEP LOOKING!
