This team is one of a kind top notch. I called in and Ben helped direct me to one of the best agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Straight shooter, honest, and incredibly fast with answers. I called to a dozen different brokerages and not one of them made me feel as comfortable or like I mattered like the McNabb and Co team did. Derrik Hammer is that one of a kind agent who went above and beyond what was needed. We saw a 6 houses that first week, while he tirelessly worked with my busy schedule. Over a dozen the second week. When I could finally show my wife what we had narrowed down house wise she was speechless with excitement all because of Derrik Hammer. This place has earned my respect for all future investments. Could not be happier! Thank you Monica for running such a spectacular team!

These guys creeped us out by asking for photos of our IDs prior to showing houses. While were ok with showing a preapproval (which we did), and with meeting at their office (which we discussed) I wasn't ok with sending them copies of our IDs (prior to having met with them no less!) I have met many realtors and while some have paperwork or ask to be exclusive and many ask to meet at their main office, none have ever asked for photos of our IDs. I would recommend not providing that to anyone, it can be used for identity theft purposes and does not serve to protect the realtor. I can understand a young woman being nervous about meeting strangers, but the way to handle that is to meet at the office, or bring others along for the first meeting, have a concealed carry permit and handgun training and etc.
