Leisure Time Pools & Spas

I had Leisure Time install a new pump and filter on my pool and they did nice work in a timely manner. I then hired them to install new pool lights. They told me the lights would take about 12 days to get in and then they would install them right after they arrived. It has now been three months and they have not installed or connected my lights. I call them every week begging them to finish the job. They only return my calls every other week. Each time they make terrible different excuses why they have not finished the job. When they have come out, they do not tell me they are coming. When they notice an issue they just leave. They don’t call to ask how to fix it. They don’t even call to say they were there and why they didn’t finish the job. For example the first time they couldn’t find the box that the lights connect to. They didn’t call to ask where it was they just left. They didn’t even call to tell me they hadn’t found it or why they didn’t finish. I had to call them constantly for two weeks just to get that information. It usually takes a week for me to even find out why they haven’t finished the job. Do yourself a favor and use someone else for your pool service needs. I planned to buy a lot of equipment from them and give them plenty of future business but I will never work with them again. This review is my last hope that they will finish the job I hired them to do 3 months ago. The one light they installed but did not connect fell out of the pool wall yesterday. I have called three times this week and Tim will not return my calls.

Money was a factor for me, but regardless that I was buying one of the cheaper pools everyone was so nice and went the extra mile to answer all my questions. Ask for Ann she is so nice.

We are building a house and recently finished so I had these guys move my spa when we sold our old house with no problems. Once our new house was finished I contacted them 6 weeks ago to move our spa out of storage and Eric said he'd contact me to schedule a time. Never did so I called 3 other times to get a time scheduled with Eric and left him messages with no return call. On the 4th time I asked the phone attendant why he wasn't returning my call and she said he hurt his wrist which left me wondering why at least there wasn't a simple call back after close to a month. She said he would call back but you can probably guess he didn't. Even called 2 other times after this and he was still not available and never called. Well, this business has lost my business completely and will never buy anything again from them. After these issues, I made 1 call tipp Emerald Springs Spas down the street in Bethany also and they took care if ne the very next day and had my hot tub moved.

People are always friendly. They know their stuff. A tad bit expensive but it usually works the first time which is better than leslie's pool
