My name is Donna. I would like to thank Athena for her excellent customer service. My daughter is a graduate student studying for midterms. She is allergic to pollen, so she is having a hard time studying with her contacts. Her glasses prescription was too old for her to wear. Athena helped me to select a pair of glasses and have them made in one day on a Sunday. All my daughter had to do was pick them up. Now, she has a new pair of glasses to wear to school tomorrow. They are very stylish and comfortable. My daughter is so grateful. Thank you so much Athena!!! Great job!! I would highly recommend asking for Athena when you shop at LensCrafters!!

I purchased my first pair of glasses from this store. I was offered transition which I paid extra. When I go inside it remains dark for a long time and I feel I’m wearing sunglasses inside. My glasses were a bit wide and when I went bak to the store to tighten a little bit she scratched it inside of the glasses since she was wearing a lot of accessories. I have the warranty and I asked them to replace it and this time I don’t want transition one which I was offered by them. They denied my request. Bad customer service

Babatunde and Alex were beyond helpful. I entered the store to get my Gucci frames tightened. Babatunde cleaned my frames with ease and did not damage them. Alex informed me of all the new additional styles the stores currently carried. Both gentlemen were resourceful, kind and well dressed. Thank you guys!

Brought my Burberry Glasses into LensCrafters after I laid on them. I thought it was over for my glasses lol Alex took great care of me & brought them back to life. Come see him!

My son was in immediate need of new eyeglasses because his existing ones just broke. LensCrafters promptly responded to our call for help. They provided us with a new pair of glasses in less than 30 min. Great service and very friendly personnel!

I visited LensCrafters to get new glasses and Erica helped me get 2 new pairs and even referred me to the eye Dr next door. She was extremely helpful and so kind. Her customer service was exceptional.
