The 3 ladies that work in this shop are second to none. Greet you by name and with a smile. Very eager to make sure you are pleased and satisfied with your eyeglass products. I even got some sunnies mailed to me and then realized they didn't work and it was literally the smoothest and easiest transaction ever. They are even mailing me another pair to compare and choose from. So they get 5 stars for excellence in customer service. Sales and after sales.

Absolutely love OP glasses - they last forever and are very high quality. Janelle and Axle were amazing - they helped me pick the right frames and did everything to make sure my custom frames arrived in time for my vacation. Def recommend !

There is a good selection of frames. It’s definitely a good idea to go by the store as the frames look very different in person than the pictures online. Also, shoutout to Janelle! She was very helpful and patient as I narrowed down to the perfect frames. Thank you so much!

My first pair of glasses took SIX weeks before arrived. I complaint and got a second pair of glasses, this time I paid only for the frame, the second pair arrived promptly. They have some room for improvement in their customer service relations, but overall, great product. Love those frames.

I met Evon, the Houston store manager. And I was very impressed by how quickly she pin-pointed all my ill-fitting issues and upgraded me to a new experience with my eyewear.

Love the quality of the lenses, never getting glasses anywhere else. Got a pair of regular lenses and the green tint sunglasses for the city & outdoors and they're perfect. Recommend Khatija, she knew exactly how to fit me into the perfect lenses while also listening to my needs/ preferences. Customer service was exceptional.

Oliver Peoples provides a quality product that is timeless and stylish. Evon delivers exceptional service while being extremely personable. Personal service and quality product are hard to find, but Oliver Peoples delivers just that. We simply don't go elsewhere to buy glasses or sunglasses. Would recommend 100%.

I absolutely cannot recommend Oliver Peoples more. My family has shopped here for a couple of years and have almost 10 pairs of Oliver Peoples between us! There are so many places to buy sunglasses and glasses; however, the level of customer service I receive at this location and the quality of the product keeps me coming back for more! Evon is incredible; She is knowledgeable about the glasses and helpful in picking out the best frame for you - on top of that, she is fun and personable which makes the experience one you look forward to. Evon goes above and beyond for her customers - One such example for me was when my sunglass frames fell and were trampled by a horse when I was away on vacation in Wyoming. I called Evon and she had a new frame overnighted to me in Wyoming. This level of customer service is second to none!

Buy online instead. You will be able to return your glasses that way. Not at the store... big mistake. Glasses do not fit properly, giving us headaches and we cannot return them. They recommended getting our vision retested. We just had it tested before our appointment with Oliver Peoples. After spending such a chunk of money in glasses, now I have two pairs sitting in my drawer. That said, the customer service at the store has been wonderful and they have been working with us to figure out a plan on getting these "fixed."
