Chain restaurant sandwich shop- overall okay. Had a ruben- prepared pretty quick and lots of seating. Staff was very nice but sandwich a little try. Good for a quick grab but just ok.
The staff is so nice and helpful! The food is so delicious.
Some of the best sandwiches best made in town. One place where the product look just like the photos on the display menu. They also make custom subs. The staff is great and very friendly. The drinks are a bit pricey but not to out of hand.
What brings me back to a business is good customer service. I don’t seem to get that at Lenwich. Don’t get me wrong the sandwiches are great. But good customer service at this restaurant is more racially selective. I’ve been to Lenwich about 5 times. And the first couple of times that I have gone to Lenwich no one acknowledged my presence until I walked up to the counter and said “How you doing”. That’s when I would get some hospitality. After I made my order I would stand in the waiting area. A few minutes would go by before a Caucasian person walks through the front door. And suddenly a Hispanic Lenwich employee would jump up to attention and yell “Goodmorning how could I help you!”. The first two times I seen this I was hoping I was wrong. But each time I went to Lenwich this would happen. The Caucasian customers would get greeted as soon as they walked through the door. While the Black Customers don’t get that terrific morning greeting. And it’s always the Hispanic Lenwich employee who works at the front counter that’s the loudest and boisterous giving these greetings to whom he selects.I believe everyone should be greeted equally with good customer service and great hospitality. Good Customer Service to all customers helps a business thrive. But when you have employees who racially select who they greet.That’s bad for business. Money only has one color.
One of my favorite spots. They have breakfast; sandwiches and coffee. Lunch ; Hot food, deli sandwiches and a huge variety of pick your ingredients salads. Super clean, friendly and fast. Need I say more?
Very confusing ordering system and the staff is rude. I was trying to order the sandwich I saw on the sign out front, but the menu I was looking at only had breakfast items not labeled breakfast. The cashier was impatient with me when I asked for clarification on the menu system. I still don’t understand the layout. I heard my sandwich being called several times with no one coming to claim it. It didn’t match my number so I went up to the lady thinking maybe the number was wrong and she rudely shooed me off saying “it’s not yours”. Waited a long time for them to I think remake my sandwich. Also, no one was wearing their masks properly. Clearly they’re requiring staff to wear them because they all have them on. But all are under the nose. Not impressed.
Lenwich Sandwich is excellent the way it comes! Service was great as well.
When ordering over the phone my credit card details were copied and used for fraud elsewhere. Can't be trusted.
