I had a problem with a tow dolly I bought to hitch to my RV. I purchased it at Leonards in Raleigh, drove 281 miles to Charleston and the straps came loose (they had been installed by Jon in Raleigh), one of the straps began to tear and the car became unstable and I was afraid to drive it any longer. Raleigh refused to help in any way whatsoever, Jon even hung the phone up on me twice. But Steve in Charleston called the District Manager and resolved the issue. Steve rocks and he's honest and polite and goes out of his way to give the best service and personalized customer support. Thank you Steve

I called two months ago for a quote on getting a hitch installed, and I called on Monday March 5th to get it ordered since we wanted it installed on Friday of the same week, and I knew they had to order the part. Well, they never called me Monday or Tuesday so I had to call Wednesday morning. When the guy answered, he apologized for the delay, but then had at audacity to put me on hold to answer someone else....This is terrible customer service, and I am going else where for our products since they cannot deliver simple customer service and return a phone call.

I've been there more than once and the guy who helped us was great! I also was able to get what I wanted waaaay lower than used prices online. Thank you guys!
