Shades of Charleston Sunglasses and Accessories

I had an awesome shopping experience at Shades last week. It was my first time shopping there and I was impressed with the selection. The Salesperson, David Bradham, was very knowledgeable and most importantly, patient with me as I tried on different styles and brands of sunglasses. He took the time to explain the different lens technology to help me make an informed decision. I would definitely recommend this business, as well as David. Moving forward, they will be my go-to place for sunglasses.

Update 5/31/2018 - - once again Camille and SofC come through! My prescription had changed materially, damn I hate getting old, and decided to get a second insert. Just so happens Camille sent a note just seeing how it was going - - gotta love that customer support. She got my prescription and then beat up on Smith to get it pulled together after first being told they weren't doing the Rx inserts. I love these Smiths and they offer great protection during range work and my other outdoor activities. A fellow range student got Smiths on my recommendation at SofC and lovers her glasses too. Still a BIG FAN of Shades of Charleston! I was looking for the Smith Aegis Arc glasses with an Rx insert and the mil-spec ignitor lens for eye protection during range work. Camille stayed on top of the process making sure that I got exactly what I needed. Cannot speak highly enough of Camille's professionalism and love these glasses!!! Big fan of Shades of Charleston.

Their staff is great. I had a pair of glasses that I purchased at another location that needed to be adjusted. They agreed to help me and they fixed my glasses. They refused to accept any payment for helping me. I thought that was gracious and I will go there again when I need glasses.

Needed some inexpensive polarized sunglasses as I've lost a pair and a lens fell out of my back up pair. They were helpful in making recommendations and also stretching my glasses a bit. I'll definitely go back when I need another pair.

While visiting Charleston I was in the market for a new pair of sunglasses. I visited a few stores before arriving at Shades in Mt. Pleasant and I wish I had gone there first. The service I received before, during, and after the purchase was outstanding. The selection is also outstanding and the staff is very knowledgeable. I have family that lives in the area so we visit pretty frequently and if I ever need anything else, I'll wait until I come down for a visit just to go to Shades of Charleston. Also a big thanks to Doug and Brandon!
