Lousy eye doctor, I had a three thirty appointment and they didnt even complete the whole exam.  She was too busy rambling with other people.

There are two older ladies that work at the front desk. I never had glasses before but I assume they didn't think I was going to buy anything so they brushed me off. They gossiped 10 straight mins about customer appointments and how dumb some customers were. I just witnessed the crappiest customer service experience in a long time. I had $3000 dollars in my pocket and was going to buy the must expensive pair just to prove a point, but it had gotten so terrible I refuse to even waste a lesson on them in sales... I'll take my business elsewhere!
