i have called on two different days and got two different people. both in which were EXTREMELY rude and were not the least bit helpful

A simple phone call to find out the hours as it is not posted online. I cannot stand it when people are rude. Not only did I have to hold, when I simply asked for the hours I was asked well what do you need. What does it matter. Just answer the question.
