America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Went in for my annual exam and was very happy with my overall experience. They got me in quick and the rest of my visit went very smoothly! The staff was very friendly and Dr MacDonald was able to answer all of my questions and made an excellent recommendation on some eye drops to use during allergy season! I'll definitely be back!

I don’t understand the complaints on costumer service. I had a positive experience from checking in to getting my contacts and prescription. Not only was everyone very friendly, but I was called back exactly at my appointment time, and from getting the preliminary exam to seeing the doctor to getting my contacts and paying it took just over a half an hour. That’s a very good mark considering they were fairly busy

I'm still waiting on my trial contacts. When I called they said I would walk out with them after exam, then they forgot to order them. I talked to 3 or 4 different people at different times and got 3 different wrong answers.Now I can't go to a another place because my insurance won't pay for it!

You want to know why you have a 2.5 star review because you have a terrible customer service and do not treat people how you should! the staff is rude, cant answer questions thoroughly, hang up on people and especially for long term customers have no respect that they choose that establishment to spend their hard earned money. Not anymore, i have used them because i have had to and Americas best will not take anymore of my money to support their business. Their ethics and quality of work sucks! I feel bad for anyone who is a good employee there because theyre getting a bad rep too. Best for you to find a more reputable company to work for.

No waiting, really fast, thorough eye exam and everyone was professional and nice. Just wish America's Best offered price matching on their contacts because their price on my contacts was almost $8/month more than I was paying at Walmart for the same exact brand and prescription and if Walmart can offer that price there's no reason America's Best can't.
