Sunglass Hut

Usually not a big review person but Kerri at Sunglass Hut deserves 5 stars for answering all of my questions & helping me find exactly what i wanted! Many options to choose from and staff that knows their information. Cant beat it!

The customer service at this location was awful! Management and the employees seemed disinterested in answering questions regarding the return and repair procedures. Don't waste your money at this location!

I will never shop here again. I bought a pair of sunglasses while shopping and wore them out of the store. Not even 2 hours later they literally fell apart, right off my face, from a screw that must have been loose and fell off. I went right back to the store along Market Street and asked if they could replace the screw or exchange them for a different pair. They said that they couldn't do either. They were damaged merchandise, so they couldn't accept them back or replace them. Wasted money and poor customer service. I will have to see if I can fix them on my own.
